Like a lot of Baby Boomers, Peter became fascinated with space exploration as a child watching Neil Armstrong’s 1969 moon walk. Being older than Peter, I was actually working for GE in Daytona Beach, Florida for their Apollo Support Department – just across the highway from the Daytona International Speedway – not a bad gig for a young man like me.
